Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering an account or using any service offered by topi4d. By accessing or using our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
Last Updated: 1 January 2026These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", or "you") and topi4d ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the website located at https://topi4d.cam and all associated services. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform.
The following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them throughout this Agreement:

| "KYC" | Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals and certain account features are unlocked. |
| "Real Money Funds" | Funds deposited directly by the Player using a supported payment method (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, etc.) and held separately from Bonus credits. |
| "Wagering Requirement" | The number of times a Bonus amount (or Bonus plus Deposit) must be staked before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. |
| "Prohibited Jurisdiction" | Any country or region where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law and from which topi4d does not accept registrations. |
| "Applicable Law" | The laws, regulations, and regulatory guidance of the jurisdiction governing this Agreement, as specified in Clause 16. |
Use of the topi4d Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:
Age Verification: topi4d takes underage gambling extremely seriously. Any Account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be returned to the original payment source net of any gaming winnings, and the matter may be referred to the appropriate authorities. You may be asked to provide government-issued identification at any time to verify your age.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the topi4d Platform. Opening multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of any Balance held therein.
You must provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration and keep your Account details up to date at all times. topi4d is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information. Providing false, misleading, or fictitious information is a material breach of this Agreement.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorized by you or not — shall be attributed to you and is your responsibility. You must notify topi4d customer support immediately upon discovering any unauthorized access to your Account.
All Accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). topi4d does not currently support multi-currency Accounts. Any currency conversion incurred through your payment provider prior to reaching the Platform is your responsibility.
topi4d is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal requests or unlocking certain account features. The KYC process requires you to submit the following documentation:
KYC documents are reviewed within one (1) to three (3) business days. Failure to complete KYC verification within thirty (30) days of your first withdrawal request may result in a temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is concluded.
All KYC documentation is handled in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your documents are encrypted in transit and at rest, and are never shared with third parties except where required by law or our licensing authority.
topi4d accepts deposits via the following payment methods for Indonesian players:
The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method and player account tier. These limits are displayed within the deposit interface at the time of transaction and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
Deposits via local bank transfer and Indonesian e-wallets are typically credited to your Account within two (2) to fifteen (15) minutes of successful payment confirmation. topi4d is not responsible for delays caused by banking system outages, scheduled maintenance windows, or circumstances beyond our control. If a deposit has not been credited within sixty (60) minutes, please contact our support team with proof of the transfer.
All funds deposited into your Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension pending investigation. topi4d will return such funds to the original source account after deducting any applicable processing fees.
Responsible Deposit Reminder: We encourage all Players to set personal deposit limits via their Account settings before making their first deposit. Limits can be reduced at any time with immediate effect and increased only after a mandatory twenty-four (24) hour cooling-off period.
A withdrawal request may only be submitted once the Player has: (a) successfully completed KYC verification; (b) met any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus funds included in the Balance; and (c) made at least one qualifying deposit using a supported payment method.
The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum withdrawal limits depend on the Player's account verification tier and are displayed in the withdrawal interface. Players who have achieved full KYC verification are subject to higher maximum withdrawal thresholds.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by our finance team within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours of submission, subject to satisfactory completion of any required security checks. Funds are typically credited to the Player's nominated bank account or e-wallet within the same processing window, though external processing times of the receiving institution may add additional time beyond our control.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless the Player has completed full KYC verification and requests an alternative method via customer support. topi4d reserves the right to request additional verification before approving withdrawal to a new payment method.
Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more are classified as dormant. A monthly dormancy administration fee of Rp 25.000 will be applied to dormant Accounts. Players may reactivate their Account at any time by logging in and, if any funds remain in the Account after fees, may submit a withdrawal request following re-verification of identity.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by topi4d are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus provisions set out in this clause. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount before the resulting balance or any winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements must be met within thirty (30) calendar days of the bonus being credited to the Account. Bonuses not wagered within this period will expire without notice.
Not all games contribute equally to the wagering requirement. The standard contribution rates are as follows:
topi4d employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-variance gameplay designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure; coordinated play between multiple Accounts; and systematic exploitation of free spin rounds without genuine recreational play intent. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses forfeited and may be permanently suspended.
Unless otherwise specified, bonuses are available to one Account per household, per IP address, and per device. Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts and carry no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
All games offered on the topi4d Platform — including video slots, live dealer casino tables, sports betting markets, togel lottery draws, and crash-format games — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live-stream outcomes from independently audited studios. Game results are final once confirmed by the Platform's system and cannot be reversed except in cases of demonstrable technical error.
In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game round, topi4d reserves the right to void affected bets and return staked amounts to the Player's Account. No winnings will be paid in respect of a round that is voided due to a malfunction. topi4d will notify affected Players via their registered Account contact details where practicable.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and are displayed within the game interface. topi4d reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time. Players placing bets that exceed published maximum limits may have the excess portion of the bet voided and refunded to their Account.
Sports betting markets, including BRI Liga 1 football, international football (EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, Piala AFF), badminton (All England, Thomas Cup, Indonesia Open), MotoGP (including Mandalika), and e-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire), are governed by the specific rules applicable to each market type. topi4d reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle markets differently from initial indications where the integrity of an event is called into question.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the topi4d Platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of Balance:
All content on the topi4d Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software code, written content, and promotional materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of topi4d or its licensors. Nothing in this Agreement transfers any ownership of intellectual property rights to the Player.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. Any use of Platform content beyond this permitted scope — including reproduction, distribution, modification, or creation of derivative works — is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of topi4d.
To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, topi4d, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable to any Player for:
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, topi4d's aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total value of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgment: By using the topi4d Platform, you acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk, that there is no guaranteed return on any wager, and that you may lose all funds deposited. You accept sole responsibility for any losses incurred through your use of the Platform.
topi4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety. The Privacy Policy describes in full the categories of data collected, the purposes for which data is processed, the legal bases for processing, and the rights available to you as a data subject.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting topi4d customer support via the email address listed in Clause 17. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any verified Real Money Funds remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to your nominated withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
topi4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Where an Account is terminated due to a material breach by the Player, topi4d reserves the right to withhold any Balance in the Account pending investigation, and may permanently forfeit such funds where the breach involves fraud or criminal conduct.
topi4d reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will endeavor to provide notice via your registered Account email address or via an on-Platform notification.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 14.1.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which topi4d holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognized arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.
Nothing in this clause limits topi4d's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent unauthorized use of the Platform.
Indonesian Players: You acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia. By using the Platform, you confirm that you have independently assessed the legal position applicable to you and accept full responsibility for compliance with any local laws or regulations that may apply to your use of the Platform. topi4d makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.

Each individual is entitled to hold only one registered Account. Operating multiple Accounts is a breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all Balances.
